In Tenzo, we help you consolidate your reviews in one place. We pull in your social reviews from Google Place, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Yelp.
Our Reviews Module includes three sections: Activity, Source & Location.
Activity
The first section you will find is Activity. Here you can see all your reviews for a selected period, including the average score during that period.
Click a review to view the full details.
Source #
Source tells you the total reviews and average rating you have from each reviews platform.
Location #
Here you will see the total reviews and average rating per location.
Existing customers with Reviews Module included can have Facebook or Google set up by following the steps here.
