When giving you the forecast for your future sales, we also measure the accuracy of that forecast as each day goes by.
This way we can track how our algorithm is working to ensure our AI keeps learning to do better, so you get as accurate future sales as possible.
Tenzo measures Accuracy by calculating MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage of Error), which is a percentage of the difference between the forecast and your actual sales. You can read more about MAPE here.

If you’d like this dashboard added to your account, feel free to contact your CSM.
Alternatively you may also create your own cards and dashboards through our Card Creator tool.
If you are interested in knowing more about our Forecasting module or have any questions, we are always available at support@gotenzo.com.
Happy Tenzo’ing!
