If you need to reset your Tenzo password, from the login page, click on the “forgot password” hyperlink at the bottom of the page:
You will be prompted to enter your email details. Once done, click on the reset password button:
You will receive an email with the next steps to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, contact your Customer Success Manager or drop us a note at support@gotenzo.com, and we will assist you.
