How Do I Connect This Data to Tenzo?
Fourth delivers its BI feed to Tenzo, so there are no credentials for you to enter. Your Customer Success Manager arranges the feed and confirms when it is live.
If you have an Enterprise Account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, who will connect this for you.
How Do I Compare Fourth BI Feed Data to Data in Tenzo?
Compare against your Fourth inventory reporting for the same date range and unit. Delivery totals, usage and wastage should reconcile per product.
A few things to expect. Fourth groups products across five category levels but Tenzo uses the first one, so a product's category in Tenzo is its top-level grouping rather than its most specific one. Purchase cost arrives as a single figure that Tenzo records as both the with-tax and without-tax value, so a tax-exclusive comparison in Fourth will not line up. Theoretical usage arrives as a cost only, with no quantity attached, so it will not reconcile against a quantity-based usage report. Recipe and menu-item costs are not part of this feed, so menu profitability is not available from it.
