How do I connect this data to Tenzo?
TripAdvisor can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they will connect this for you.
How do I compare data to data in Tenzo?
Within your TripAdvisor page, you can see “Reviews”
In Tenzo Navigate to Social > Activity and apply a TripAdvisor filter to see all the TripAdvisor reviews for the selected date range.
Exceptions
- Tenzo only supports 'Restaurant' TripAdvisor accounts.
