How do I connect Abacus data to Tenzo?
Abacus can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they will connect this for you.
How do I compare Abacus data to data in Tenzo?
Within Abacus, you can see a 'Gross Sales' value on the dashboard.
To match Tenzo, you MUST have your settings set to INCLUDE tax, service and comps.
You will then be able to see the same number by selecting one day within Tenzo’s “Sales by Location” view.
Exceptions
- On occasion Abacus does not include 'Extras' in the total price. Tenzo always includes these. This may lead to a small difference in the sales totals between Tenzo and Abacus.
- On occasion Abacus does not send all invoices for a day. Please let your Tenzo Customer Success Manager know if the sales number for the day in Tenzo is a lot lower than the number in Abacus.
