Requirements
This integration requires the 'Reviews Pro' package in Tenzo.
How do I compare data to data in Tenzo?
On Sunday navigate to the Feedback page. You can filter reviews by date range, location, and platform.
In Tenzo Navigate to Social > Activity and apply a Sunday filter to see all the Sunday reviews for the selected date range.
To view Sub Ratings in Tenzo you can create a card in view: Social Sub Ratings (ID304)
Exceptions
Sunday will ingest Google Reviews into Tenzo. If Google Reviews are set up separately, these reviews can be duplicated in Tenzo. Please ask your Tenzo CSM to remove the Google data stream if you think this is happening.
