How Do I Connect This Data to Tenzo?

IMPOS sends its sales data to Tenzo, so there are no credentials for you to enter. Your Customer Success Manager arranges the feed with IMPOS and confirms when it is live.

If you have an Enterprise Account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, who will connect this for you.

How Do I Compare IMPOS Data to Data in Tenzo?

Compare against your IMPOS sales reporting for the same date range and location. Net and gross sales, item quantities, guest counts, discounts and service charges should all reconcile.

Two expected differences. Tips are not part of the feed, so Tenzo reports no tips for IMPOS locations. Table numbers arrive as a list but individual sales are not linked to a table, so sales cannot be broken down by table.
