How Do I Connect This Data to Tenzo?

Infrasys sends its sales data to Tenzo, so there are no credentials for you to enter. Your Customer Success Manager arranges the feed with Infrasys and confirms when it is live.

If you have an Enterprise Account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, who will connect this for you.

How Do I Compare Infrasys Data to Data in Tenzo?

Compare against your Infrasys check reporting for the same date range and outlet. Net and gross sales, covers, item quantities, discounts, service charge, tips and payments by type should all reconcile.

Voided checks and voided items are marked as voided in Tenzo rather than removed, so they are excluded from sales but remain visible. Discounts applied to a whole check rather than to a line item are not included in Tenzo.
