Data Ingestion

Data retrieved on each poll All reviews left in the past 24 hours
Historical data All reviews recorded on SevenRooms excluding non-SevenRooms platforms e.g. Google, TripAdivisor etc...

Requirements

This integration requires the 'Reviews Pro' package in Tenzo. 

How do I connect this data to Tenzo?

Enable Daily Guest Feedback in SevenRooms: 

“Settings” > “User Accounts” > tenzo user > “Email Subscriptions” > Enable “Automated Feedback Summary”

You can then adjust the time of the email:

Select "Settings" > Select "Venue Settings" > Adjust the schedule time for the automated feedback summary > Select "Save Changes”

 

How do I compare data to data in Tenzo?

Head to the SevenRooms admin

Navigate to Marketing > Guest Satisfaction.

From here you can filter all SevenRooms reviews
