How do I connect this data to Tenzo?
Google Places can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app. Contact support@gotenzo.com for assistance.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they can assist you.
How do I compare data to data in Tenzo?
Head to https://www.maps.google.com and search the Business name to see the Google Reviews. Click on Google Reviews highlighted to see the full list.
In Tenzo Navigate to Social > Activity and apply a Google filter to see all the Google reviews for the selected date range.
Exceptions
- We cannot use the 'Link to content' feature because Google does not provide us with URLs for each review.
