How do I connect this data to Tenzo?
Comtrex can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they will connect this for you.
How do I compare Comtrex data to data in Tenzo?
- Login to comtrex: https://ent.comtrex.co.uk/Portal/login/Login.aspx
- Navigate to Reports > Stock > Stock Result

Occasionally we do not receive data from Comtrex on the same day.
