How do I connect this data to Tenzo?
Facebook can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app. Contact support@gotenzo.com for assistance.
If you have an Enterprise account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager and they assist you.
How do I compare data to data in Tenzo?
Within your Facebook page, you can see the most recent reviews.
In Tenzo Navigate to Social > Activity and apply a Facebook filter to see all the Facebook reviews for the selected date range.
