How do I connect this data to Tenzo?

Deputy can be connected directly inside of the Tenzo app.   

If you have an Enterprise Account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, who will connect this for you.

 

How do I compare data in Comtrex to data in Tenzo?

Within Comtrex, click on Reports > Sales Analysis > Daily Sales Summary

Choose the Week-End Date and click View Report

Scroll down to find the location you’re interested in:

To match Tenzo, you MUST have your settings set to EXCLUDE tax and service charge.

You will then be able to see the same number by selecting one day within Tenzo’s “Sales by Location” view.

Exceptions

In Comtrex many transactions can make up a Guest Check. However in Tenzo, Guest Check may be known by the name Transaction. This is a change in name only.
