How Do I Connect This Data to Tenzo?

Nory sends its labour data to Tenzo, so there are no credentials for you to enter. When it is set up you provide a Planned Labour Overhead Rate for Tenzo to apply to planned shifts. Your Customer Success Manager arranges the feed and confirms when it is live.

If you have an Enterprise Account, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, who will connect this for you.

How Do I Compare Nory Labour Data to Data in Tenzo?

Compare against your Nory labour reporting for the same date range and location. Hours, planned hours and labour cost per employee should reconcile.

Nory sends the full on-cost breakdown, so Tenzo's labour cost includes employer NI, pension and holiday accrual alongside base pay — compare against a fully-loaded figure in Nory rather than base wages alone. Only completed shifts are counted, so a shift still open at the time of the last update will not appear until it is closed. Overtime is not reported separately.
