How Do I Compare Squirrel Data to Data in Tenzo?
Compare against the Daily Summary Report in Squirrel Cloud Reports (Squirrel IQ on Squirrel 11), which shows sales, discounts, checks and covers by revenue center for a trading day. Net and gross sales should align with Tenzo's Sales by Location for the same day, and covers with Tenzo's guest count.
Exceptions
- Coverage follows the export. Squirrel data reaches Tenzo through the Tenzo Data Importer, so a concept marked ✅ above is loaded when the configured export includes it. If a column is missing from your feed, speak to your Tenzo Customer Success Manager.
- Voids, tenders and tips stay in Squirrel. The Daily Summary Report also shows voids, payments and tips; these are not carried by the feed, so exclude them when reconciling against Tenzo.
