How Do I Compare StockTake Online Data to Data in Tenzo?
Compare against StockTake Online's reporting dashboard for the same location and period — supplier spend should align with Tenzo's purchases, and waste by category with Tenzo's wastage. Purchases in Tenzo are recorded against the delivery date, so compare like-for-like periods on that basis.
Exceptions
- Coverage follows the export. StockTake Online data reaches Tenzo through the Tenzo Data Importer, so a concept marked ✅ above is loaded when the configured export includes it — many feeds carry purchases only. If a stream you expect is missing, speak to your Tenzo Customer Success Manager.
- Stock counts stay in StockTake Online. Tenzo loads usage and waste figures rather than the underlying stocktake counts, so shelf-level count detail is checked in StockTake Online itself.
