How Do I Compare bookU Data to Data in Tenzo?

Compare against the labour cost management view in the bookU Portal, which shows planned labour cost against actual (worked) labour cost. Planned cost should align with Tenzo's planned labour and worked cost with Tenzo's actual labour for the same site and period. Worked hours themselves are confirmed in bookU's hours processing, so use that as the reference when checking hour totals rather than cost.

Exceptions

  • Coverage follows the export. bookU data reaches Tenzo through the Tenzo Data Importer, so a concept marked ✅ above is loaded when the configured export includes it. If a column is missing from your feed, speak to your Tenzo Customer Success Manager.
  • Mixed workforce types. bookU covers permanent staff alongside flexi workers, student workers and agency / temp staff. Tenzo loads whichever worker types the export includes — if Tenzo's labour cost looks light against bookU's, check which worker types are in the feed.
  • No separate holiday / break / overtime breakdowns. The feed carries worked shifts and their cost as single figures; overtime and paid breaks are included in hours and cost rather than shown as distinct lines.
