How Do I Compare Sentiment Search Data to Data in Tenzo?
Compare against the Sentiment Search dashboard at client.sentimentsearch.com, filtered to the same location and date range. In Tenzo, navigate to Social > Activity and apply a Sentiment Search filter to see the reviews loaded for the selected date range — review counts and ratings should match.
Exceptions
- Reviews only. Tenzo ingests each review with its rating, source and location. Sentiment Search's derived analytics — category / aspect sentiment scores, dish-level insights and AI summaries — stay in Sentiment Search and are not loaded into Tenzo.
- Coverage follows the export. The feed reaches Tenzo through the Tenzo Data Importer, so which review platforms appear in Tenzo depends on the sources included in the configured export.
